Which customs documents can myFRACHT process?
myFRACHT reads export accompanying documents (ABD/EX1), T1 transit documents and similar customs paperwork. The engine extracts structured fields – MRN, HS code, sender, consignee and more – directly from the photo or PDF.
Does myFRACHT validate whether the MRN is correct?
No. myFRACHT reads the MRN in structured form from the document. No check-digit validation or customs content check takes place. Validation of MRN validity is the responsibility of the ATLAS system operated by German customs.
How do structured customs data help reduce dwell times?
Dwell times often arise because MRNs and HS codes have to be manually retyped and forwarded. When these data are available in structured form immediately, they can be transferred directly into TMS or ERP systems – speeding up processing.
What is the difference between ABD, EX1 and T1?
The ABD (Ausfuhrbegleitdokument) is the German equivalent of the EX1 (EU export declaration) – both accompany goods on export from the EU. The T1 is a customs transit document for goods transported through EU member states without entering free circulation. myFRACHT reads the structured fields of all three document types.
Do I need to install software?
